It isn't easy to turn control over to students and truly empower them to design their MicroSociety experience. Teachers are taught to command and control their classrooms, and here we are asking you to let go! In Part 2 of our exploration of the Micro Mindset Metaverse, we will again enter the Auditorium, this time in smaller breakout groups, to examine the common obstacles to fully living the Micro Mindset inside our schools – fear, distrust, outside pressures, you name it! – and to brainstorm how to overcome those obstacles. Representatives from each breakout group will share their ideas with the full group so everyone shares in the learning.
