Taking the time to reflect is an important component of a student’s learning. During Reflection Day, we think about, discuss, and explore the students’ society as a whole and its progress toward the goals they set within their Micro community. This time can also be used for individual student development, such as updating their resume, or applying for a job-shadowing experience, for example. In this session, we will explore ideas for how this time can be used in an interactive reflection activity.
