Principal, Stenstrom

A graduate of UCF, Dr. Novak began his career in education as an intern at Stenstrom, where he is now principal. This passionate, accomplished, and transformational instructional leader has a proven track record of success in advancing school leaders, teachers, and student learning, facilitating community involvement, and securing effective, equitable, and sustainable change from underserved schools to 5-Star, Golden schools. With almost two decades of teaching and administrative experience modeling the reflective practice and reciprocal acts of teaching and learning essential to creating a community, Novak brought MicroSociety to Stenstrom just last year.
