Darlene Dingess-Adkins is an award-winning educator who has led innovative project development as a teacher, principal, district director, assistant superintendent, and MicroSociety consultant. She is known for collaborating with stakeholders as they develop solutions and set priorities to solve complex problems. NAESP recognized her as a National Distinguished Principal, and she was awarded Principal of the Year in two different school districts. Darlene has collaborated with and trained teachers and principals nationwide and has presented at national and state conferences.
