In this session, groups will be divided based on position, Administrator, Coordinator, or Teacher, and will speak directly with a member of our Leadership Team to discuss specific issues to each group.

Administrators
This breakout session will provide an opportunity for administrative and instructional leaders to engage in candid conversations and reflect on the material learned throughout the day. Certified training consultants will provide feedback about implementing MicroSociety in an innovative, inspiring, and effective way!

We will also explore and provide solutions to common problems leaders are currently facing in a rapidly changing educational landscape. This session will help administrative leaders engage in deeper thinking, and develop proactive solutions to meet the unique needs of their school or district.

Teachers
By popular demand, this session will give teachers the opportunity to collaborate with other teachers facing the same challenges. Our session leaders will share information, ideas, and strategies on the most effective facilitation methods. Together we will explore some of the solutions fellow educators have identified for common issues facing us today.
