While beams and boards make up the framework of a house, if it is built on shifting sands it will struggle to stand. The same is true of societies. Before the framework of a governing document can be put in place, a firm foundation of core values must be built on level ground. But the work doesn’t stop there.  

During this 30-minute interactive workshop, participants will learn how to build a firm foundation and see clearly how much more invested students will be in their own miniature society if they go through this process too. Participants will leave with supporting tools and resources for guiding citizens in establishing their MicroSociety’s core values.
