Mutunkei of Nairobi, Kenya, is a sustainability and social impact consultant and former director of the Yetu Initiative at the Aga Khan Foundation. Her son Lesein Mutunkei is an environmental activist and the founder of Trees4Goals who plants 11 trees for every soccer goal he scores. Lesein has planted 1,700 trees with the help of his soccer club, school and friends and is also a winner of a 2020 International Young Eco-Hero Award. As a corporate social responsibility professional, Rosemary has deep experience in corporate social investment, corporate communications, stakeholder management, media relations and events management. She is passionate about women’s and youth issues and committed to empowering local communities.
