Program Specialist, Ysleta School District

Ibarra has been in education for 23 years and is currently a program specialist for MicroSociety’s latest STEM innovation, MicroSTEM. He is a Secondary High School Academics Coordinator at Ysleta ISD in El Paso, Texas, and Adjunct Faculty at El Paso Community College. His topic areas of expertise are Mathematics, STEM, English Language Learner, Special Education, Rigor-Relevance-Relationships, Depth of Knowledge, and Technology and Learning.
