Aguilera is a program specialist for MicroSociety’s latest STEM innovation: MicroSTEM. She is an instructional specialist and trainer who has taught secondary and high school science, adult education, and technology classes for more than 20 years. Aguilera is currently employed at Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso, Texas and presents on various education-related topics to support the K-12 classroom. She has provided on-site training for instructors in science, Special Education, English Language Learning, Rigor-Relevance-Relationships, Writing Across the Curriculum, and Professional Technology.
